The beaches in Cape Cod are so different from our beaches, Patti. I love our beaches, too, but they aren’t anything like the Cape. Ours are warmer, of course!

Absolutely beautiful photos! May favorite is Blue Water at Race Point and of course, Lady GaGa in Providencetown. I would consider that as a Christmas card this year…it’s just so fun.

You need to get to the Cape, Carol. Maine is lovely, too, but there is enough of a difference that I think you would love the Cape.

Provincetown is fun to walk around in, Amy, and we found a great Mexican restaurant there, believe it or not.
Great Mexican restaurant in Provincetown, nooo… I’m trying to get you to come to San Antonio for great Mexican food and the Riverwalk…
Don’t worry, Amy, there will never be better, or even as good as, Mexican food than in San Antonio and Austin, but I’m telling you, this was some of the best Mexican food we’ve tasted OUTSIDE of Texas. I still miss La Fonda on Main and La Paloma Blanca and La Fogata. I’m drooling just thinking about them.

I’ve never been to the cape and I lived in New England on 4 different occasions – once in Conn, twice in R.I. and once in Boston! Pretty sorry, huh?

Even though we live three miles from the Atlantic Ocean, DAF, Cape Cod is very different, and the Lower Cape, where Truro is, is very different from the Upper Cape, where Hyannis is. I like the seclusion and quiet of Truro.
