Love this photo!
Thanks, Reeling. Williamsburg is such a historic place, and we only live an hour from it.
Perfect photo for the 4th. Sorry I’m late – trying to catch up!
Thanks, Dianna. Williamsburg is only an hour away, so we go there quite often.
Did you make it up to Williamsburg, or did you just send George for pictures?
That picture actually was taken on the Fourth, Patti. I think we took it this spring when we were up there for the day. Might even have been early last fall. Time blurs at my age!
Happy America Day! I know you don’t call it that, but it seems like a nice name since your celebration comes just days after ours – Canada Day!
I’ll have to look up the history of your Canada Day, Margie, because I really don’t know much about it.
i see these reenactments on TV shows all the time. I’d love to see one for real.
Williamsburg used to be the colonial capital, GCB. They have reenactments all the time, but it is especially fun tobe there during the Fourth.
Hope they didn’t shoot you in the foot!! Wishing you and Prince George a Happy 4th! Been to the local parade, beans are in the crock pot, grill is heating!!
That’s the way to celebrate the 4th, Carol! Won’t be able to see the fireworks this year because of danged foot, but we will definitely be cooking out. Nothing better than hot dogs and baked beans on Independence Day.
So glad you were standing off to the side when you took that picture.
Happy 4th to you and George.
Thanks, Al. Enjoy the fireworks!
Huzzah! Love the photo, have a wonderful day filled with lots of laughter and love. Happy 4th! DAF
Thanks, DAF! You, too.
